Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Lastname Agency (“Lastname”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit lastname.agency or request a quote, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.
Lastname Agency is a digital marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, and is part of the LathroPC group. We serve contractors and home service businesses across Florida.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the quote request form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name, industry and website, if you provide them
- What you need, your budget range and your preferred contact method
- The description of your project
You choose what to send us. Only your name, email, phone, the type of service you need and your project description are required to submit the form.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site we automatically collect:
- Pages viewed, time on page and how you navigate the site
- Your approximate location, derived from your IP address
- Your device type, browser and operating system
- The website or advertisement that referred you, including campaign parameters (UTM tags)
- Your IP address
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request. If you ask for a quote, we use your contact details to get back to you.
- To manage you as a prospect or client. Your details are stored in our customer relationship management system so we can follow up.
- To measure and improve our marketing. We need to know which pages and which advertisements bring us the enquiries we can actually help with.
- To operate and secure the website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. We do share it with the service providers that make our business run:
| Provider | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Name, email, phone, company, and the details of your enquiry | Our CRM. This is where your enquiry is stored so we can follow up. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Browsing behaviour, device, approximate location. No name, email or phone. | To understand how the site is used. |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Browsing behaviour, and — when you submit the form — a cryptographically hashed version of your email, phone and name. | To measure advertising results and reach similar audiences. See the section below. |
| Cloudflare | Technical request data and email routed to our addresses | Content delivery, security and email delivery. |
| Google (Search Console, Business Profile) | Aggregated search data | Search visibility. |
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Advertising measurement and hashed data
We advertise on Google and Meta. To know whether that advertising works, we send conversion data to those platforms in two ways:
- From your browser, using the Meta Pixel and the Google tag.
- From our server, using Meta’s Conversions API, when you submit the quote form.
When you submit the form, your email address, phone number and name are converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash (SHA-256) before being sent to Meta. Meta never receives these values in readable form. The hash allows Meta to tell whether the person who enquired is one of their users, so that advertising results can be attributed correctly. It cannot be used to reconstruct your data.
We also send your IP address and browser identifier to Meta for the same purpose. If you would rather this did not happen, see Cookie Preferences.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. What they are and how to refuse them is explained on our Cookie Preferences page.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests: for as long as you are a prospect or client, and for up to three years after our last contact, so we have a record of the commercial relationship.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each platform, typically 14 months.
- We delete information sooner if you ask us to and we are not legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are before we act on the request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour these requests regardless of whether the law technically applies to us.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Credentials are stored outside our public code repository, backups are not publicly accessible, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously — it is, after all, part of what we sell.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the website.
