These terms govern your use of lastname.agency and the quote request process. They are not the contract for our services — that is a separate written agreement signed by both parties before any work begins.
Who we are
Lastname Agency is a digital marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, and part of the LathroPC group. We build and manage digital assets for contractors and home service businesses: websites, local SEO, Google Business Profile, AI search visibility, advertising and CRM automation.
Using this website
You may browse the site and request a quote. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or misleading content.
Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting the quote form does not create any obligation on either side. It starts a conversation.
The prices published on this site are indicative ranges, not offers. We publish them because we think hiding pricing wastes everyone’s time, but the final figure for any engagement depends on the scope of the project, the integrations required and the state of the assets you already have. The binding price is the one written in a signed proposal.
Advertising spend is separate
Where an engagement includes paid advertising, our management fee is separate from the advertising budget. Advertising spend is paid by you, directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform, from accounts in your name. We do not mark it up and we do not hold it.
You own what we build
On payment in full, and unless a signed agreement says otherwise, you own the deliverables we produce for you: the domain, the website and its content, your advertising accounts, your Google Business Profile and your data. Access is registered in your name from the beginning, not transferred at the end.
We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, internal frameworks, code libraries and working methods, and of anything we developed before or independently of your project. Nothing in this section transfers those.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may reference your business by name and show the work publicly as part of our portfolio.
Your responsibilities as a client
Where we act on your behalf, you are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information, images and claims you give us to publish
- Holding the licences your trade requires, and for including your licence number in advertising where Florida law requires it — including §489.119. We build compliance into what we produce, but the licence and the legal duty are yours
- Complying with the advertising policies of Google, Meta and any other platform used
- The content of any material you approve before publication
What we do not promise
We are careful about what we claim, so we will be equally careful here.
We do not guarantee a specific search ranking, a number of leads, a cost per lead, or a return on advertising spend. Anyone who does is either guessing or lying. Search engines and advertising platforms change their algorithms and policies without notice, and results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity and how quickly you respond to the enquiries we generate.
Any figures, benchmarks or case studies shown on this site describe past results in specific circumstances. They are not a prediction of yours.
Third-party services
Our work relies on platforms we do not control — Google, Meta, hosting providers, CRM software. If one of them changes its terms, suspends an account or discontinues a feature, we will help you respond, but we are not responsible for their decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Lastname Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from the use of this website or of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question during the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites and sources. We link to them because we think they are useful or because we cite them as evidence. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
